ENTRY-LEVEL MODEL FOR LIGHT CUTTING AND ENGRAVING
The MetaQuip CO2 laser machine LITE2 series is MetaQuip's basic model. The LITE2 series can be supplied with a laser power of both 40W and 60W. The 60W version is a stock model, 40W on request. The LITE2 is a table-top laser and a completely new design compared to the old LITE.
The MQ4040 LITE2 is a high-quality desktop CO2 laser machine. The ussed laser head can be easily motorised adjusted in height with towards the work surface. In addition, this machine has a straight guide on both the left and right, which guarantees robustness and reproducibility. Laser cutting or laser engraving is an ideal process for processing a wide range of materials. The infrared laser melts or vaporizes the material, allowing you to cut (high laser power) or engrave (low laser power). During engraving, the laser will evaporate the top layer, which changes the surface structure. A honeycomb bed is included as standard.

Laser cutting is possible with all CO2 laser machines, but the greater the laser power, the thicker the material that can be cut. There are also CO2 laser cutters available that can cut through thin metal sheets.
