Our technician is at your service for the repair of your 3D equipment.
Your device must not have been purchased from us to be repaired by us, but in this case the device must be outside the warranty period. If this is not the case, we can send it to the manufacturer at your expense, together with a copy of your warranty card.
A device is repairable if the spare parts are in stock. It may well be that certain pieces are missing because in the 3D printing world the models follow each other in the short term.
If you have purchased the equipment from us, it is important whether you have concluded a support contract, depending on the type of contract and manufacturer, you will have important advantages. 3DInTheBox offers different types of support contracts, see contracts.
You benefit from the factory warranty in any case (1 year for companies, 2 years for private individuals), but you can also purchase an additional warranty from the manufacturer (e.g. Raise3DShield) and this determines whether the repair is free or whether you have to pay for the working hours or that the parts are free.
If you cannot do without your device during the repair time, 3DInTheBox bv offers you two solutions. You can have your work carried out at cost price or you can rent a similar printer, if available.
When your piece of equipment is brought in, the technical service prepares a quote. The preparation of this offer is NOT free of charge, but will be deducted from your final bill.
