VIP treatment - If you have concluded a service contract, you will receive priority in handling your maintenance or repair of your 3D printer, by telephone, by email and as a check-up.

Maintenance contract:
€ 29 / month excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs) **
€ 348 / year excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs)
- The maintenance contract provides for six-monthly maintenance of your 3D printer. You will be notified by us in advance so that we can schedule maintenance at your location or at our location in Dilbeek during office hours.
- The maintenance provides full inspection of all electronic and mechanical aspects of your 3D printer.
- During maintenance we also check whether the printer has the latest firmware.
- Telephone hotline *** and prior treatment of all your questions by mail regarding the operation and use of the printer.
Spare parts and travel expenses not included.
Maintenance contract PLUS:
€ 79 / month excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs) **
€ 948 / year excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs)
- The maintenance contract provides for six-monthly maintenance of your 3D printer. You will be notified by us in advance so that we can schedule maintenance at your location or at our location in Dilbeek during office hours.
- The maintenance provides full inspection of all electronic and mechanical aspects of your 3D printer.
- During maintenance we also check whether your 3D printer has the latest firmware.
- Spare parts are not included.

Premium maintenance contract including continuity option:
€ 129 / month excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs) **
€ 1548 / year excl. VAT (excl. Transport costs)
- The maintenance contract provides for six-monthly maintenance of your 3D printer. You will be notified by us in advance so that we can schedule maintenance at your location or at our location in Dilbeek. This contract can deviate from the normal opening hours of the store.
- The maintenance provides full inspection of all electronic and mechanical aspects of your 3D printer.
- During maintenance we also check whether your 3D printer has the latest firmware.
- Telephone hotline *** and prior treatment of all your questions by mail regarding the operation and use of the printer.
- An unlimited number of interventions on top of the six-monthly maintenance. Both for adjustment, maintenance & repair work on your 3D Printer.
- You will be given the opportunity to have a similar 3D printer on loan if the repair cannot be completed within 2 working days. (if possible the same model as you have)
- Warranty 7/7, 24/7 telephone support.

* service contracts are only offered on devices purchased from 3Dinthebox, if not, this is only possible on request. The maintenance contract is only valid for maintenance that must be carried out within the territory designated as BENELUX.
