FDM technology. ABS is a polymer made of three blocks, acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene.

In our ABS-HI, each of these blocks contributes some characteristics to our product. Acrylonitrile provides rigidity, resistance to chemical attack, toughness and stability at high temperatures. Butadiene improves toughness when the temperature is especially low and achieves high impact resistance; in turn, styrene provides mechanical resistance, rigidity, gloss and hardness. All of this makes post-processing work easy (machining, sanding, polishing, painting, gluing ...)

ABS HI is characterized by being easy to print, gaining impact resistance capacity in the final piece.

Thanks to our exhaustive quality control, we guarantee a constant diameter throughout the winding, something that will make your prints of much higher quality, avoiding jams in your machine. Similarly, our process guarantees the absence of chemical impurities that can modify the physical / chemical / aesthetic properties of our product.

In order to preserve the properties of our product, they are packed in a sealed bag to protect it from moisture and UV rays. This makes ABS-HI a perfect and affordable material for your projects that require high impact resistance.
